Farmers Insurance Agent in Training

Farmers Insurance District 63 is looking for our next Agent in Training to join our award-winning agency force.

This role is for someone who wants to learn the insurance business while developing the skills needed to operate an agency of their own in the near future. We will cover the cost of your Missouri insurance licensing and provide hands-on training, daily coaching, and real-world sales experience.

You will work directly with an experienced agent, learn how to build and manage a book of business, and develop the skills required to succeed in this industry. This program is built for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated to grow into a larger opportunity. Our team invests heavily in training and development because we believe the right people can build meaningful, high earning careers here.

Salary Range: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Connect with prospective clients and understand their insurance needs
• Present coverage options and close new business
• Follow up consistently with leads and referrals
• Maintain a strong level of professionalism and accountability
• Learn from your mentor agent in preparation for agency ownership

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Missouri insurance license or willingness to obtain (we pay for it!)
• Must be based in the St. Louis area. This is an in office position.
