Achieve New Business Goals Meet or exceed production targets and objectives.
Generate Leads and Drive Sales Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and lead databases.
Close Sales Develop insurance quotes, deliver engaging sales presentations, and successfully close deals.
Expand Your Network Build a strong pipeline by leveraging referrals, marketing efforts, and cold-calling strategies.
Comprehensive Training Participate in a 5-week, hands-on training program with the award-winning University of Farmers, designed to kickstart your business and set you up for success in 2025.
Requirements
Licensing Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required.
Language Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Strong Communication Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Independent and Driven Confident, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

A letter from a couple in 2002 wrote that their Farmers agent and Claims Adjuster “were exceptional in their handling of our grief, what we needed to do, and helpful in many other ways.” That same year, when Hurricane Rita struck Beaumont, Texas, Farmers sent 300 agents to assess damages while policy holders were evacuated. Farmers also donated $100,000 for the city’s emergency operations center and two megawatt generators that restored power to Beaumont. Whatever year or decade a disaster occurs, you can count on us to be there for you.
