Salary Range: $400000.00 - $43000.00 per year

Responsibilities


Assist Agency Owner in sales and client management activities.

Develop relationships with clients to understand their coverage needs.


Support marketing and outreach efforts to grow the book of business.

Learn quoting, policy servicing, and claims processes.


Participate in District trainings and mentorship sessions.

Track progress toward sales and development goals.



Requirements

Experience:

Prior sales, business, or customer-facing experience preferred (training provided for those new to insurance).


Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and relationship-building ability

Sales drive and goal orientation

Integrity and professionalism in client interactions

Coachability and a desire to learn the insurance business
