Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of client interactions and multiple teams in a combined hybrid in office and remote setting
- 3 years of leadership experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Licensed insurance experience is required.
