Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new financial services opportunities
• Work with existing clients to uncover life and financial needs
• Present tailored solutions including life insurance and financial products
• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with agency teams to maximize cross-sell opportunities
• Track activity and hit performance goals

• Relationship-driven with strong communication skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Passion for helping clients plan and protect their future
• Coachable with a desire to grow in financial services
• Sales experience preferred (insurance or financial services is a plus)
• Life & Health license already obtained or willingness to obtain
• Series 6 & 63 licenses already obtained or willingness to obtain
