Responsibilities

Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.

  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.

Requirements
  • Prior Sales Experience, minimum of 3 years face-to-face sales experience, preferably in Business Insurance.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
  • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Strong Sales Acumen
