Duties may include: Mowing, trimming, weed control, and debris removal.
Clean work areas, and maintain grounds and landscaping. Repair farm
buildings, fences, and other structures. Operate tractors, tractor-drawn
machinery, and self-propelled machinery to remove snow, maintain roads
and assist with other ranch upkeep activities to support the operation
of the ranch. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and
mechanical equipment. Load agricultural products into trucks and drive
trucks as needed & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES
45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work. The employer
may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than
the published minimum wage rate.
Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
The employer will furnish cooking facilities, utilities, and utensils
for workers to prepare their own meals in the housing provided kitchen.
Included basic appliances will consist of, but is not limited to,
refrigerator, stove/oven, and sink with hot and cold-water
connections.All appliances included will be in good, working condition
for the workers. Employer will provide transportation to grocery store
at least once a week for workers who wish to shop for food.
