IT"S KIDDING SEASON!! Need More HELP with BABY GOATS!! Join Trinity Farms located in Needville, Texas, as a Farm Worker/Caretaker & Gardening Expert. We take pride in our local community we serve and believe in fostering a positive and inviting work environment that values hard work and dedication. Having both excellent Observation Skills and Animal Handling skills is a necessity. Caring for our milk goats, milking seasonally from Spring to Fall, administering vaccinations, and general barn & field maintenance are part of the daily routine. Preparing gardens for Fall & Spring planting seasons is another part of this position. We are looking for caring, compassionate people who enjoy working with farm animals and growing cover crops & vegetation for the animals, & vegetables, herbs, and fruits for the humans.
Salary Range: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Completing daily animal wellness checks, recording results, feeding, haying and cleaning water troughs, maintaining clean barns, pens, and fencing.
- Administering vaccinations & supplements, milking goats, using extreme hygiene techniques in filtering and storing the milk.
- Learning re-Generative grazing techniques on the grazing land.
- Seeding and Planting cover crops for the animals to eat, gardening, weeding and applying organic supplements to the soil and plants for the humans.
- Maintaining fencing and general property upkeep, landscaping and lawn maintenance
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in farming, gardening, or a related field is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 80 lbs., perform tasks that require physical exertion in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge: Understanding of agricultural practices, plant care, and landscaping techniques are a plus.
- Team Player: Capacity to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with others with the goal of growing healthy animals and food.
