Responsibilities include observing and supporting five Resident Teachers, mentoring school-based mentors and leaders, reviewing teaching videos using the Learning to Teach Framework, facilitating site progress meetings, and fostering community among residents.
Responsibilities also involve communicating resident progress, supporting performance improvement, and leading professional development for mentors. The role includes coordinating with school partners, participating in faculty and community meetings, and supporting recruitment efforts.
Qualifications include a strong record in developing effective teachers, 5+ years of teaching or related experience, and skills in coaching and leadership. Preference for candidates with anti-racist lens, inclusive education knowledge, advanced degrees, and experience in complex school settings.
