QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, banking, contact center, consumer electronics, sports, recreation, or a related field
• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable communicating through chat, text, email, social media, and other digital channels
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Passion for sports, including professional, college, fantasy, or recreational athletics
• Ability to engage professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other non-voice communication channels
• Assist ESPN customers with account questions, technical issues, and fantasy sports support
• Research customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive customer experience
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance goals
• Stay current on ESPN products, services, and fantasy sports offerings while contributing to team success
