The Family History Department (FHD), or FamilySearch, International Talent and Culture team works to build a Christ-centered, future-ready workforce that strengthens leaders and aligns employee experiences with the mission of the Church.
As an Intern on the FHD Talent and Culture team, you will help capture and represent the voice of the global workforce- translating employee feedback into meaningful insights that guide leaders, strengthen employee experience, and support the mission of the Church. You will also support the Talent and Culture team on a variety of projects, including contributing to the planning and execution of RootsTech and other annual or special events. In addition, you will have opportunities to engage in family history work and develop your personal research skills.

Currently pursuing or recently completed (within 12 months) an undergraduate degree
Fields such as: data science, human resources, I/O or standard psychology, sociology, statistics, or related fields
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Interest in employee listening, research, and data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments with attention to detail
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Glint, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with different AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
- Global work project experience
- Ability to connect data to business or organizational outcomes
- Experience synthesizing qualitative feedback into themes and insights
- Comfort presenting insights or findings to others, including department leadership
- Interest in Family History
