The Family Team Conference Coordinator is a full-time role offering $29.40-$32.97/hour, primarily during daytime hours with occasional evenings and weekends.
Reporting to the Director of Asian Family Services, the coordinator facilitates and coordinates Family Team Conferences, acting as liaison between families, the agency, and ACS.
Responsibilities include scheduling and facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, managing cases as needed, assessing safety and risk, and preparing reports.
Qualifications include a 4-year degree, bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with child welfare systems preferred.
