| Job Description: | Establishes a trusting relationship with the client and family by maintaining regular home visit as required per client level. Maintains dependable, punctual work schedules with a minimum of 80% completed home visits per level requirement. Assists strengthening parent/child interaction by providing in home education, utilizing established program curriculum and by modeling appropriate behavior during each home visit. NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE Daily, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Total Hours per week: 40 Some flexibility may be required to accommodate home visits (after 5:00PM and/or on weekends) |
