Family Support Worker
Family Support Worker
Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for case managers, family support workers, and the supervisor. Essential clerical duties consist of answering phones, filing, faxing, creating case files, and distributing incoming mail. Responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies. Responsible for the maintenance and assignment of the agency vehicles assigned to the service location. Ensure building safety and emergency drills are completed and recorded.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Three years of experience working in a social, economic, health or rehabilitative, medical, nursing, child development, or child care setting. A college degree or vocational technical training from an accredited institution can substitute for some of the required experience. Must maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance according to state requirements. Must maintain a professional demeanor, respect for authority, exhibit appropriate interaction skills, and maintain confidentiality standards.
Salary Rate
$18.00 per hour
