We are seeking a Family Support Specialist 2 to provide in-home and community-based support to youth and families, promoting emotional, social, and physical well-being.
- Assess needs, develop personalized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to strengthen family systems and help youth overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with treatment teams, educators, and community stakeholders to create comprehensive support strategies.
- Document activities accurately in electronic records, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and uphold safety and organizational policies.
- Build rapport with youth and families, demonstrate professionalism, and serve with cultural humility.
- Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience, ability to drive, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the organization's values.
Starting salary ranges from $20.38 to $22.94 per hour, based on education and experience. The role requires a valid driver's license, background checks, and willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Prevention certifications.
