Join the Community Services team as a Family Support Coordinator Team Leader to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
In this leadership role, you will oversee and mentor a team of Family Support Coordinators, coordinate community-based services, and ensure high-quality, person-centered support that promotes independence and community inclusion.
You will collaborate with families, professionals, and community partners, facilitate meetings, develop individualized plans, and ensure proper documentation.
The position requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a preferred bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating programs, fostering community relationships, and promoting inclusive, supportive environments.
Salary ranges from $62,400 to $65,000, with a 37.5-hour work week, based in Ithaca or Owego, NY.
