We are seeking a Family Service Counselor - Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you'll handle walk-in traffic and inbound calls, assisting families with funeral selections, attending services, and building relationships to ensure exceptional service.
The position offers an annual compensation of $80,000 - $95,000 with unlimited earning potential, and requires a high school diploma (some college preferred).
Qualifications include proven success in inside/outside sales, a valid driver’s license, and bilingual skills preferred.
Responsibilities encompass establishing client relationships, providing cemetery tours, attending services, completing paperwork, developing prospects, making presentations, and ensuring compliance.
