Responsibilities:

Make a real difference by managing a dynamic caseload, where you'll provide personalized support that transforms lives and helps clients achieve their goals. Embrace flexibility with schedules that adapt to family and youth needs, offering you the opportunity to work non-traditional hours and create meaningful impact. Partner closely with your supervisor to craft a schedule that maximizes your potential and meets critical service needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

 

Essential Duties: 

  • Manage an assigned caseload of referrals and provide services in accordance with referral requirements, assessments, and established objectives.
  • Engage children, families, and caregivers in service delivery and treatment planning.
  • Assess client and family needs and identify appropriate interventions to support safety and desired outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and adjust interventions using evidence-based and best-practice approaches.
  • Become a catalyst for positive change by continuously assessing and refining service strategies, ensuring that each intervention moves clients closer to their personal transformation and wellness goals.
  • Meet with designated clients for the prescribed number of hours, days, or contacts per week in accordance with program requirements.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with referring authorities and involved stakeholders.
  • Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
  • Master the art of professional documentation, where your meticulous record-keeping becomes a critical tool in supporting client progress, maintaining organizational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as necessary and in accordance with policy.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and job shadowing to new or current staff as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of social work, psychology or behavioral science. 
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
