An established PACE program in Pensacola, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified Internist or Family Medicine Physician with experience in geriatrics to serve as Medical Director . Job DescriptionProvide medical leadership and oversight for all participant care in a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model.
Direct, guide, and supervise Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Oversee Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI) , ensuring excellent outcomes and adherence to standards.
Develop and maintain medical policies, procedures, and protocols.
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, nursing staff, and caregivers.
Support a culture of shared decision-making and compassionate senior care.
