Seeking a dedicated Primary Care or Family Medicine Physician to join our team for a 12-month full-time assignment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive primary care to an established patient panel, with an emphasis on chronic care management.
Patient Volume: patients per day
Population: Adults (18+) required; pediatrics (17 and under) optional
Common Cases: Diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders, and general chronic care conditions
Required Procedures: None
EMR: Cerner CareB
Support Staff: Medical Assistants
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active California Medical License
ACLS/BLS + DEA
Ability to commit to a 12-month assignment
Local candidates preferred (no flights)
Preferred lodging: Hotel accommodations
