What You’ll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive family medical care including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention services
  • Support multiple clinic locations within the naval healthcare system
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Document clinical encounters and manage patient records efficiently
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and team training initiatives
  • Handle a variety of patient cases typical to family practice in a military healthcare setting

What You Need:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Unrestricted medical license in Virginia or ability to obtain one
  • Board certification in Family Practice (American Board of Family Practice)
  • Minimum 1 year of recent family practice experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to perform full scope of family medicine services, including preventive care and emergency response
