Family Medicine Physician – Primary Care & Occupational Health
Location: Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient

Join a mission-driven outpatient clinic serving first responders, including FBI, police, fire, and VA personnel. This role combines primary care and occupational health in a structured, low-acuity setting with a strong focus on preventive care and wellness.

Position Highlights

• Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM

• No call, nights, or weekends

• 15–20 patients per day

• Adult-only patient population

• Quality-focused practice environment

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services

• Conduct occupational health exams and physicals

• Order/interpret routine labs and diagnostics

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Family Medicine

• Active NC license or ability to obtain

• $215K–$250K W2 salary
