Family Practice Physician Needed in Toledo, Ohio

• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm schedule with only 1 weekend call per month
• Outpatient-only position with a structured ramp-up period for new providers
• Focus on LGBTQ community health, HIV care, and transgender health services
• Provide culturally competent primary care with hormone therapy and controlled substances
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment with Advanced Practice Providers
• DEA required; experience in HIV and LGBTQ health preferred
