• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 patient-facing hours
• Rotating weekends every 4th Saturday and Sunday, 9 am - 3 pm
• Weekend weeks require only two 12-hour weekday shifts
• Outpatient-only setting with no hospital responsibilities
• Patient census of 20 - 25 patients per day
• Supervisory role overseeing 2 - 5 advanced practice providers
• Board-certified family practice physician required
• DEA licensure required; visa sponsorship not available
