We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team, delivering high-quality outpatient services in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a patient panel of 16-18 individuals daily across all ages, including women’s health and OB care.
  • Perform a variety of procedures including OB deliveries, suturing, biopsies, IUD insertions, and more.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, DOs, and NPs to provide holistic care.
  • Cover OB call approximately 1:3 and participate in inpatient responsibilities as needed.
  • Utilize Cerner CommunityWorks EMR to document and coordinate patient care efficiently.

Required Skills:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with active unrestricted license (preferred in Oregon).
  • Proven experience in outpatient OB and women’s health care.
  • Current ACLS, NRP certifications, with demonstrated competency in OB deliveries and cesarean sections.
  • Strong procedural skills including suturing, biopsies, and medical device insertions.
  • Excellent communication and clinical judgment.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • OB experience involving prenatal care and deliveries.
  • Inpatient obstetric experience and surgical skills.
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR or similar systems.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 2 years of clinical practice in outpatient family medicine, with OB experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated competence with obstetric procedures, including a history of at least 10 deliveries in the past 2 years and 30 cesarean births.

Other Requirements:
  • Oregon medical license (active or in process) and DEA registration are highly preferred.
  • Valid ACLS and NRP certifications.
  • Willingness to work daytime shifts (4x10 hours) Monday through Friday, with OB call responsibilities approximately one weekend per month.
  • Ability to obtain credentialing within 3-6 months.
