Family Practice Physician – Outpatient OB/GYN Opportunity in John Day, OR

  • Experience: Minimum 10 deliveries in past 24 months, OB and women’s health experience required


Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $174.14/hour
  • Pay Schedule: Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide outpatient Family Practice care for patients of all ages
  • Perform OB procedures such as deliveries, suturing, IUD insertions, Pap smears, biopsies, colposcopies, excisions, and nail removals
  • Manage prenatal care and support OB deliveries (call ratio 1:3)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, DOs, NPs, and PAs
  • Utilize Cerner CommunityWorks EMR system for documentation
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
  • Participate in departmental meetings and on-call duties as scheduled


What You Need:
  • Active Oregon medical license (preferred)
  • DEA license (preferred)
  • Current ACLS and NRP certifications
  • Demonstrated competence with at least 10 deliveries within the past 24 months
  • Experience with OB procedures and outpatient care
  • Strong clinical skills in women’s health and primary care

Preferred:
  • OB-specific certifications and recent deliveries with C-section experience
  • Flexibility to work in a rural community setting
