We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care across diverse settings, including mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities. What Youll Need to Succeed:
- Active CA Medical License (in-hand)
- DEA Certification
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2+ Years of clinical experience
- Fluency in Spanish required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations
- Willingness to work in both mobile clinic and fixed-site settings
- Strong clinical skills and comfort managing patients of all ages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board Certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required)
- Experience working in outpatient clinics, school-based clinics, or mobile health services
- Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably EPIC
- Flexibility to adapt to changing daily priorities and community needs
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD)
- Proven track record of delivering comprehensive outpatient care
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Other Requirements:
- Ability to attend a full week of orientation (Monday to Friday)
- Willing to split your time between mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care
- Flexibility to work a 5x8-hour shift (10:00 am 7:00 pm)
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $170.43, with a contract length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks starting as soon as possible.
