Providence is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established, collegial primary care team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan while practicing in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Physicians are supported by experienced clinical staff, integrated care teams, and a system committed to quality, access, and provider well-being. Qualifications * MD or DO * Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine * Eligible for medical licensure * Commitment to patient-focused, team-based care Compensation & Benefits * Compensation is $296,169 and $347,122 annually * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans * CME allowance and paid time off * Market-based sign-on and relocation assistance may be available The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them **Where You'll Work** Providence Centralia Internal Medicine Clinic delivers and coordinates primary care close to home-supporting routine preventive visits, chronic disease management, and referrals to specialty care. The clinic includes on-site laboratory services and a diabetes/nutrition center in the building, and provides access to broader specialty resources through the Providence system **Where You'll Live** Located in Centralia, the community offers a balanced lifestyle with access to outdoor recreation, cultural amenities, and family-friendly neighborhoods.
