Family Physician (MD/DO) – Adult Medicine | Full Benefits | Relocation Assistance | Auburn, NY

Our client is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their growing outpatient primary care team in Auburn, New York. Auburn offers a lower cost of living than many New York markets, making home ownership and everyday expenses more manageable. Residents enjoy a slower pace, short commutes, and easy access to outdoor recreation throughout the Finger Lakes region. The area combines small-town community feel with convenient access to Syracuse, wineries, parks, and year-round activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Provide comprehensive adult primary care services
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform preventative care and wellness visits
  • Develop long-term treatment plans for adult patients
  • Collaborate with support staff and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • See approximately 24+ patients daily (15-minute scheduling model)

Requirements:

  • MD or DO Degree
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine preferred
  • Active New York Medical License (or ability to obtain)
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Experience treating adult patient populations strongly preferred
