    The mission of Gabriella Charter Schools is to join academic rigor with the creativity of dance to engage the hearts and minds of young people in underserved communities, empowering them to excel both inside and outside the classroom. Gabriella Charter Schools is composed of two high-performing, dance-themed charter schools in the Los Angeles community. GCS 1 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Echo Park. GCS 2 serves grades TK-8 and is located in the community of Historic South Central.     The Outreach Specialist plays a crucial role in driving outreach and enrollment efforts. This position involves proactive outreach, family relationship initiation and engagement, and providing guidance throughout the enrollment process to ensure schools are fully enrolled and families supported in their students Gabriella Charter Schools education experience. The role will require off-site work, a flexible schedule, and availability during evenings and weekends. Success in this role requires a high-energy, mission-driven professional who excels at building immediate rapport within diverse communities. As the face of the GCS outreach efforts, the Outreach Specialist will be a strong communicator, a trusted advocate for our families, and a self-starter who balances empathetic relationship-building with the organizational discipline to manage complex projects and deliverables independently.
