Job OverviewThis Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician role is a community-based outpatient primary care position serving an adult and geriatric patient population. Physicians provide comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventive services, and care coordination in a collaborative environment with access to specialty support. The practice emphasizes quality outcomes, continuity of care, and work-life balance.
- 32 or 36 patient-facing hours per week
- Average 18 to 20 patients per day
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Light telephone-only call shared evenly among physicians
- Established practice with experienced physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Diverse patient population with strong community ties
- Integrated specialty referral access and care coordination
Benefits- 2-year base salary guarantee of $310,000 per year
