Our client, a privately held family office and venture investment firm, is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to support day-to-day personal and operational needs.This is a long-term consulting opportunity best suited for someone who values consistency, autonomy, and flexibility in a structured part-time role rather than a path to full-time employment.

Hours & Work Arrangement
  • 8–12 hours per week
  • Hybrid schedule:
    • Onsite: Tuesdays & Thursdays (approx. 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, ~4 hours per day)
    • Remote: Flexible additional hours as needed
Overview
The role is highly hands-on and focused on coordination, logistics, and administrative support, ensuring smooth execution of both personal and operational priorities. The family office serves as a central hub, working closely with external advisors, accountants, and fiduciary partners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day personal and operational coordination for the family office
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements across multiple residences
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and assist with household/property-related needs
  • Maintain organization of administrative tasks, documentation, and communications
  • Track and support budgeting and expense organization using spreadsheets
  • Assist with general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Coordinate with external partners (accounting, fiduciary, banking, advisory firms) as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in executive support, personal assistant, office management, or family office environments
  • Strong experience managing complex logistics (travel, scheduling, multi-location coordination)
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with vendor coordination, bill pay, and administrative operations
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness
  • Comfortable working independently in a part-time, flexible structure
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and organizing information
  • Ability to gather, structure, and format data from external sources (basic reporting support)
  • Experience working with accountants, banks, or advisors is helpful but not required

Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to supporting high-net-worth individuals or families
  • Experience with property or household coordination across multiple residences
  • Prior exposure to family office, private investment, or boutique advisory environments
