What You’ll Do:
Manage a balanced patient panel comprising both pediatric and adult patients in a Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, managing chronic pain cases, and delivering holistic care. Ensure timely chart closure within 72 hours and collaborate with a dedicated team to uphold our standards of excellence.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a primary care setting with panel management
- Proven expertise in managing pediatric and adult patients
- Strong knowledge of chronic pain management protocols
- Active DEA license prior to start date
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in pain management or specialized areas
- Bilingual skills to serve diverse populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Certification
- Prior experience in a similar family practice or primary care environment
- Familiarity with immunization and screening requirements
Other Requirements:
- Complete all immunizations, including flu, Tdap, Hep B, Varicella, and TB testing, prior to credentialing
- Credentialing takes approximately 45-60 days
- Willingness to travel for licensure or training as needed
- Maintain all state, federal, and local licensing and certification requirements
