A well-known and stable primary care clinic in Phoenix is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.
This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.

What You’ll Do
Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
Perform patient evaluations, follow-ups, and wellness visits
Manage acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support continuity of care in a team-based clinic setting
What We’re Looking For
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
FNP or PA certification, as applicable
Interest in adult primary care
Strong communication and patient care skills
New graduates welcome
2–3 years of primary care experience preferred
