120,000 150,000, depending on experience, with production bonus opportunities

Your Role with the Company:
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care in an outpatient setting serving patients from birth through age 21
Perform well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, acute care visits, and chronic condition management
Collaborate with physicians and care team members while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
Optional participation in pediatric urgent care coverage for additional clinical variety and compensation
Background Profile:
Board-Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Pediatric experience preferred
Comfortable managing a broad range of pediatric primary care conditions
