Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior Primary Care or Urgent Care experience (required)
Active Advanced Practice license in Florida
License must be in good standing (no current or prior disciplinary actions)
BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
Ability to work every other weekend and possible holidays
Preferred
Strong comfort level with EMR/EMS systems
Openness to occasional float travel outside the immediate area, as needed
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care management
Provide health counseling, patient education, and disposition planning
Document care accurately using electronic medical systems (EMR/EMS)
Work collaboratively with clinic staff and clinical leadership to deliver quality outcomes
Maintain clinic readiness and follow safety-sensitive workplace expectations

Pay: $74.87/hr.
Schedule: 2 weeks training: Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts then 4 x 10-hour shifts/week (includes every other weekend, possible holiday rotation)
