Nurse Practitioner Compensation

• Pay rate: $74.87/hr paid weekly
• Benefits: Available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• 401(k): Available after 1 year of service, with company match (on eligibility dates)

Nurse Practitioner Highlights

• Temporary contract , could extend or go direct based on attendance, performance and business needs
• Estimated 30–38 hours/week
• Schedule: Weekdays 8:30a–7:30p ; Sat 9:00a–5:30p ; Sun 9:00a–4:30p
• Must be able to work 2–3 weekdays and 6 out of 12 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun); possible holiday rotations
• On-site, patient-facing role; safety sensitive
• Must be willing to float to cover Macclenny, Callahan, and Jacksonville surrounding areas

Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities

• Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems
• Provide health counseling and disposition planning for patients
• Perform clinic administrative duties including opening/closing, inventory, patient follow-up, verifying insurance/collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment
• Manage patient appointments and perform routine examinations to support positive health outcomes
• Complete diagnostic tests and coordinate with other healthcare professionals as needed to support a comprehensive plan of care
• Encourage patient engagement through health screenings, wellness services, and chronic condition management
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated clinical care team to drive improved outcomes

Nurse Practitioner Requirements

• Active NP/PA license in good standing in the state you’re practicing (Florida for this site)
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of recent Primary Care NP experience (family medicine, primary care practice, and/or urgent care)
• Ability to float to nearby clinics (Macclenny / Callahan / Jacksonville area)
• Comfortable working the required weekday + weekend rotation and on-site as needed
• Master’s degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program, plus current national board certification
• High School Diploma/GED (required for this client/job)
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Nurse Practitioner Preferred Qualifications

• Open to occasional travel beyond the immediate float distance (as needed)
• Experience with common EMR/EMS systems (please list what you’ve used)
• No planned time off that conflicts with the schedule/coverage needs
• Interview availability and start availability ready to share
