FMSW is an unopposed, community-based, University of Washington School of Medicine-affiliated residency program located in Vancouver, Washington (Portland metro area). + Join 24 residents, 18 practicing faculty physicians and 1 physician assistant in clinical practice
+ As a Family Medicine physician, you will have a panel of 1,600. There is a minimal teaching role with the exception of working on the faculty side in the OB pool.

Compensation & Benefits:
+ First year salary guarantee of $283,670 followed by productivity-based compensation plus up to 10% extra in value measures
