Supplemental (PRN) Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider for North and Northeast Houston

Memorial Hermann Medical Group, a large network of over 70 outpatient clinics, is seeking Experienced Primary Care Advanced Practice Providers to join the Primary Care Supplemental Pool. We offer both Short and Long-Term Assignments providing outpatient care in clinics throughout the Greater Houston and Surrounding areas.

• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5p
• • Select clinics offer extended hours
• No call required
• All ages seen
• EMR training provided for EPIC
• Active DEA required
• Required 2 consecutive days of training
• Required 4 shifts per month
• MUSThave minimum of 3 years experience
• MUSTbe available to cover at least 2 of the following markets:
• • North & Northeast Region
