Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Conduct routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high?quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
- Promote preventive care and patient education
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient?centered care
Compensation & Benefits
