Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting, including service delivery via a mobile health unit. This role focuses on improving access to care for underserved and high-need populations through preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services. The physician works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team and supports the FQHC mission of delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care.
