The facility maintains on-site support staff, including a dedicated medical assistant per clinician, additional medical assistants, and dietitians, to support daily clinical operations. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 2 to 4 weeks. About the Facility Location Washington state offers a range of regional attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities suited to varied interests. The area provides access to scenic waterways, wildlife encounters, and island exploration, as well as hiking trails and coastal activities throughout the region. Year-round recreational and cultural opportunities are available for those relocating to or visiting the state. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient ambulatory primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Washington, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break; four 10-hour shifts are not available, though part-time candidates will be considered. The expected caseload is approximately 21 patients per day, encompassing walk-in and acute care services as well as chronic disease management across all age groups. A minimum of 2 years of family medicine experience is required, with demonstrated experience serving marginalized and vulnerable populations in an ambulatory setting; this is an outpatient ambulatory role and not a hospital-based position. Prescriptive authority is required, board certification is negotiable, and COVID vaccination is required with consideration for legitimate exemptions. No call coverage is required for this position. Credentialing is estimated at 2 to 4 weeks.
