Position Summary
The facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its thriving outpatient team in Hilton Head, South Carolina.This full-time, outpatient-only role offers a predictable weekday schedule with no call requirements

Essential Position Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups.
Perform routine exams, preventive screenings, and management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
Promote preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and team-based initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine; eligible for South Carolina medical licensure.
Experience: Prior outpatient or primary care experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
