Physicians and Medical Residents The Family Medicine Physician will be an integral part of the Family Care Partners team, working closely with experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community.

Responsibilities • Average of 18-22 patients per day, no nights or weekends • No inpatient responsibilities • Hospitalist Program is responsible for serving adult and pediatric inpatients • Telephonic outpatient call only, no need to physically report to clinic • Calls are triaged through My Nurse Call Center, with very minimal call volume • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
Work Environment • Outpatient only practice • 1.0 FTE with 4, 12-day work week • Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy
Requirements • MD or DO • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine • Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate • Eligible to work in the United States, H1-B exempt
