Providers Role:
- Location: Bozeman, MT
- Monday-Friday
- Provide evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
- Family Medicine Physician
- Primary Care & Occupational Healthcare
- Root cause/Value Based Care
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
- The clinic is much less busy than a standard fee-for-service clinic/urgent care center (no productivity).
- No insurance billing or credentialing for insurance
- EMR System: Athena

Background Profile:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Montana MD or DO licensure
