Compensation and Benefits:
Annual salary between $250,000 and $280,000, depending on experience
Potential to earn up to an additional 15% per year in bonuses
Great work/life balance with generous time off plans. 5 Weeks (200hrs) of PTO available for full time providers.
CME - $3,000 and 5 Days. And additional balance of $1,000 for Licensure/Professional Memberships & Subscriptions.

About the role:
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Family Medicine Primary Care
Average Volume: 2.5 Patients per hour
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday - Open to a 4 day week!
32 Hours of Clinical 8 hours Admin per week
System-wide Athena EMR
Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting. Patient population is of all ages.
Provide the full scope of primary medical care to patients including diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of conditions.
The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care.
Background Desired:
Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, or Internal medicine.
Able to hold a New Mexico state Medical License
