Were looking for a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Department in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering evidence-based medicine in a collegial environment.
The Family Medicine department is growing and consists of 41 physicians and 25 advanced practice clinicians.
Additional details:
Flexible schedules - four or five-day work week
100% outpatient; shared call among entire department
Paid malpractice and tail coverage
Compensation is a production model
New clinicians have a 2-year guarantee between $293,211 and $317,467 with upside earning potential
Up to $150,000 starting & retention bonus
Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
