Family Medicine Opportunity-Sanford Health Chamberlain, SD

Sanford Health is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to provide a full-range of care - preferably FM with OB, Surgical OB is a plus. Join a practice with a large service area in Central South Dakota along the Missouri River.

• Practice consists of FM, Ob/Gyn and Advanced Practice Providers
• Critical access hospital; clinic and long-term care facility on site
• Outreach services include comprehensive tele-health specialty offerings, training programs and education resources to provide a wide-range of high quality, accessible healthcare services
• Average ER visits/year are 4,400-4,600 per year
• Average hospital census is 8 patients per day
• Average deliveries are 80-100 per year
