This correctional facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to the adult population in a secure environment with dedicated medical support staff. The facility operates with medical assistants, physicians, and nurse practitioners to ensure efficient patient care coordination during regular business hours, maintaining standard clinic procedures for primary care, urgent care, and chronic disease management services.

The nurse practitioner will deliver comprehensive family medicine care to adult patients in a correctional facility setting, managing injuries, acute illnesses, follow-ups, physicals, and complicated chronic care cases. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, treating urgent care conditions, performing minor procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records while seeing 8-15 patients daily. The clinician will work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with flexible scheduling options, collaborating with medical assistants, physicians, and nurse practitioners to ensure optimal patient outcomes within the correctional healthcare environment.
