Is residency trained and Board Certified in Family Medicine
Demonstrates skill and experience in medical education

Key Responsibilities:
Flexible scheduling
To assist the Program Director in the administration of the residents clinical duties, including evaluation of the residents, and attendance at relevant GME meetings.
To work diligently to improve and ensure the quality of the educational objectives of the residency program while working in conjunction with the Department and the Residency Director.
To assist the Program Director and the Designated Institutional Official in the recruitment and retention of residents for the Residency Program.
To work with the Residency Director and the department to develop additional faculty and encourage participation in the training of residents, including Journal Club, morning report, special study sessions, and other similar activities.
